Website use and vehicle descriptions

We take care to keep stock, prices, specification and photographs accurate and up to date, but details are supplied for guidance and do not form part of a contract. Availability and price should always be confirmed with us before you travel.

Where a vehicle detail is important to your decision — service history, previous owners, specification or equipment — please ask us to confirm it in writing before you commit.

Deposits and reservations

A vehicle can be reserved with a deposit. The deposit holds the vehicle for an agreed period and is deducted from the purchase price on completion.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Where you cancel and the deposit is non-refundable, we will always tell you so before you pay, and any deduction we make will reflect our reasonable costs.

Part exchange

Part-exchange valuations given online or by phone are indicative and subject to physical inspection, an HPI check and confirmation of mileage, service history and condition.

You must be the legal owner of the part-exchange vehicle and declare any outstanding finance. Any settlement figure is your responsibility to provide and must be valid on the day of the transaction.

Sale or return

Under a sale-or-return agreement your vehicle remains your property until it is sold. Terms, the agreed sale price and our commission are set out in a written agreement signed before we take the vehicle.

You remain responsible for insurance and any outstanding finance on the vehicle while it is with us unless the written agreement states otherwise.

Warranty and aftercare

Warranty cover is provided by a third-party administrator and is subject to that provider's terms, exclusions and servicing requirements, which we will give you before purchase.

Warranty cover is in addition to — and does not replace — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Finance

We act as a credit broker, not a lender, and can introduce you to a panel of lenders. Finance is subject to status, affordability and age. Written quotations are available on request.

We may receive a commission from the lender for introducing you. You can ask us for details of the commission arrangement for your agreement.

Complaints

If something goes wrong please contact us first so we can put it right. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and keep you updated until it is resolved.
